1. Yleistä

Näitä käyttöehtoja sovelletaan kaikkiin JH Styling -verkkokaupassa tehtäviin tilauksiin ja ostotapahtumiin. Verkkokauppaa ylläpitää HunBun Oy (Y-tunnus 3338579-5), jonka kotipaikka on Oulu, Suomi. Tekemällä tilauksen asiakas hyväksyy nämä käyttöehdot.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and orders made through the JH Styling online store. The online store is operated by HunBun Oy (Business ID 3338579-5), located in Oulu, Finland. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

JH Styling myy tuotteita yksityishenkilöille ja yrityksille Suomessa sekä kansainvälisesti. Alle 18-vuotias voi tehdä tilauksen vain huoltajan suostumuksella. Asiakas vastaa siitä, että kaikki tilauksen yhteydessä annetut tiedot ovat oikeita.

3. Customers

JH Styling sells products to private individuals and businesses in Finland and internationally. Customers under the age of 18 may place an order only with the consent of a legal guardian. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

4. Tuotteet

JH Styling myy muun muassa auton styling-tuotteita, tähtikattosarjoja, ambient-valaistuksia, lisävarusteita, tuning-osia, varaosia sekä myöhemmin myös muita ajoneuvoihin liittyviä tuotteita.

Tuotekuvat ovat pääosin havainnollistavia. Valmistaja voi tehdä tuotteisiin pieniä muutoksia ilman ennakkoilmoitusta, kunhan tuotteen käyttötarkoitus tai laatu ei olennaisesti muutu.

4. Products

JH Styling sells automotive styling products, starlight headliner kits, ambient lighting systems, accessories, tuning parts, spare parts and other vehicle-related products.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Manufacturers may make minor changes to products without prior notice, provided that the intended use and quality of the product are not materially affected.

5. Hinnat

Kaikki hinnat ilmoitetaan euroina (€). Hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron voimassa olevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti. Toimituskulut ilmoitetaan erikseen ennen maksua.

JH Styling pidättää oikeuden muuttaa hintoja sekä korjata ilmeiset hinnoitteluvirheet.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€). Prices include VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are displayed separately before payment.

JH Styling reserves the right to change prices and correct obvious pricing errors.

6. Tilaaminen

Sitova kauppasopimus syntyy vasta, kun:

asiakas on tehnyt tilauksen;
maksu on hyväksytty; ja
JH Styling on lähettänyt tilausvahvistuksen.

JH Styling pidättää oikeuden peruuttaa tai hylätä tilauksen perustellusta syystä.

6. Ordering

A binding sales agreement is formed only after:

the customer has placed an order;
payment has been approved; and
JH Styling has sent an order confirmation.

JH Styling reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons.

7. Maksutavat

Verkkokaupassa voidaan käyttää esimerkiksi seuraavia maksutapoja:

Google Pay
Klarna
PayPal
verkkopankkimaksut
muut kulloinkin tarjolla olevat maksutavat.

Maksut käsittelee turvallinen ulkopuolinen maksupalveluntarjoaja.

7. Payment Methods

The online store may offer payment methods such as:

MobilePay
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Klarna
PayPal
online banking
other available payment methods.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment service providers.

8. Tuotteiden yhteensopivuus

Asiakas vastaa siitä, että tilattu tuote soveltuu hänen ajoneuvoonsa.

Mikäli asiakas ei ole varma yhteensopivuudesta, hänen tulee ottaa yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun ennen tilaamista.

JH Styling ei vastaa väärin tilattujen tuotteiden aiheuttamista kustannuksista, ellei tuotetiedoissa ole ollut virhettä.

8. Product Compatibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered product is compatible with their vehicle.

If the customer is unsure about compatibility, they should contact customer service before placing the order.

JH Styling is not liable for costs resulting from incorrectly ordered products unless the product information provided by JH Styling was incorrect.

9. Asennus

Tuotteet tulee asentaa valmistajan ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Sähkö- ja valaistustuotteiden asennus suositellaan tehtäväksi ammattitaitoisen asentajan toimesta.

JH Styling ei vastaa vahingoista, jotka johtuvat virheellisestä asennuksesta, väärästä käytöstä, tuotteen muokkaamisesta tai käyttöohjeiden vastaisesta käytöstä.

9. Installation

Products must be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Electrical and lighting products should be installed by a qualified professional.

JH Styling is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, product modification or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

10. Tuotteiden käyttö

Osa tuotteista voi olla tarkoitettu kilpailu-, näyttely- tai off-road-käyttöön.

Asiakas vastaa siitä, että tuotteen käyttö täyttää ajoneuvoa koskevan lainsäädännön sekä katsastusvaatimukset siinä maassa, jossa tuotetta käytetään.

10. Product Use

Some products may be intended for racing, exhibition or off-road use only.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the product complies with local laws, vehicle regulations and inspection requirements in the country where it is used.
